In MO if you eat something your Hunger goes up and if you drink something your Thirst goes up, if you have no Hunger you starve and if you have no thirst you can drink. That is the exact opposite of how it should be.

First off, they already have a region system as that is what is happening right now including nations etc. Secondly they require an even more complex region system for TC. Thirdly checking what region someone is in is trivial math even for thousands of checks. There is way more complex stuff...

For rulings to be local you first need actions be global. You can't just forget about the actions someone did in "another land", especially when it's something that is against your rules or may even be against your people. But there need to be means of reporting it and not just everything...
