I finally managed to log in right after server reset, after waiting all day yesterday in que. However i do hear guildies not being able to log in again. It really seems that somewhere around 5k to 7k population the queue gets ridiculous.

The numbers thing isnt even a consideration. You cant cap guilds numbers, or coalitions in an open world mmo. Numbers will always have an advantage. the sheer volume of gold farmable in Haven( in first 24 hours), and the fact that you can place a keep but cant siege or destroy it is complete...

SV was told well in advance by most guilds that the Haven gold issue was going to be exploited. They did nothing, until they changed their mind 24 hours in and decided to change it. some guilds are swimming in gold and SV isnt deleting it. Thats how the first keep was built btw, farming Haven...

If you were in Haven, or tried to transfer to the mainland you have encountered the login que/crash raid boss. Henrik posted on discord about fixing it tomorrow. if thats not the case for you then its one other bug.

You currently cant go from Haven to the mainland. You get stuck in endless log in queue with crashes. Some cant even get into Haven. Henrik posted on discord that they will try and get it fixed for tomorrow.

There is a message from Henrik on the MO2 discord (just found it myself). They are aware that people leaving Haven are not able to log into the main world. They think they have a fix and will deploy it tomorrow. not sure why tomorrow, but i guess all the devs are EU based and don't work at night.
