Here's what I think SV should do (suggestion):

Right now, remind players you are still working. Get a new Krampus event going. Krampus in every town.

Early next year, drop Sarducca along with a Wipe so new players feel like they have a chance of really being the best again. Because all the content is new content to them. I personally include a wipe for this reason, but the rest of the suggestion could stand on it's own.

MO 2nd Wind Marketing. Like it's a new game launch.

Then go back to Myrland and start dumping hella content. Start Seasons of themed content. For example, MO2 Dragon Age Hype going.

In the future more people will more easily be able to afford a computer that runs UE5 smoothly, so keep working towards the investment of getting the game into UE5 early. So that barrier to entry will lift over time.

Keep leading the way as to what a PVP sandbox is capable of. Be the pioneer on UE5 AI elements on a map. AI bosses, special scripted events and POIs like the meteors, but extended to other aspects of ongoing exploration. Keep players always guessing and intrigued as to what the current Season will deliver.

I like a lot of that, seasonal stuff and events would be great. From what I understand they have been developing these tools so the developers or GMs can actually do this. We had this happen once in the first year where queens and trolls were dropped all over the map, simple but a lot of fun. Plus if they bring all the content we've been promised for Myrland, this only makes new lands that much better.

I disagree with the wipe, and the team is adamant about a wipe never happening.

No matter what you change in the game, subscriptions will only make it emptier and emptier. Once someone cancels their subscription, the tendency is for that person not to return to the game.
These people don't renew their subscriptions because they're waiting for new things, waiting for a moment when it's "more worthwhile" to subscribe, and if you don't have an active subscription, it becomes an obstacle to returning to the game, and they go play other games that don't charge a subscription... if there were no subscription fee, these people would continue logging into the game to play every day or at least socialize with friends...
80% of my friends who take a break and cancel their subscription never come back...
I know dozens of players who abandoned Mortal Online 2 because of the monthly subscription, friends who say they'll only come back if the subscription is removed... especially non-European players who already have to pay the no-ping monthly fee to be able to play, and I understand them, committing 20% or 30% of their monthly income to play a game with few players doesn't seem like a good idea. I'm in favor of the complete removal of the subscription so that the game recovers and also gives us back that atmosphere from before where we saw people from all over the world in Mortal Online 2, people from the Middle East, India, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, Thailand, Nepal... in short, various cultures! including from less economically favored countries.
The game world was fascinating because it united all these peoples... that was magical, nowadays that diversity is gone and entire clans have left the game... friends who are missed in our community.
Subscription is a solution that creates more problems than solutions.
There hasn't been a community for years.
The real community, El Mo, died years ago.

Nah. That doesn't work in MO. The founding spirit of MO was a completely different game than the concept of a "season." It was about something else entirely. It was about total freedom, without barriers, without limits, a world where players didn't just build things, they built the world's history.
That's what it was about, not "seasonal events."
That spirit died a decade ago. There's simply no way around it.

My personal anecdote, I could possibly log in if there was no sub, but no way i'm giving money to this, for the long forseeable future.
