i think its simple case of, SV cant afford to run 2 servers. London probably very cheap to run a server out of right now and is somewhat centralized. If sv generate enough money and popularity then an NA server may hap[pen as a second server just like sv suggested it could happen for mo1 but...

I think the larger the guild the more costly it should be to maintain the guild stone.

In MO1 SV waited to long to add trade brokers and basic equipment for new players to the game forcing players to invest in crafters to support themselves which resulted in a damaged economy by the time they did implement trade brokers because everyone had already become self sufficient. I think...
