Firstly delay the game 2 more months. I think the help channel is evidence enough that the current tutorial is not up to the job. New players have a ridiculous number of basic questions not currently covered in any sort of tutorial. You only get one chance at release so lets not F this up.

Maps in all starter towns. Maps similar to the map found in Haven for all starting towns. Very useful for new players to navigate the basic town layouts and cut down on 50% of all those help channel questions.

More spawns and more mobs spawning in those spawns. Currently a GY can be locked down with 5 people in there. At release we going to have a few thousand trying to use those GYs. the Walkers spawn way to slowly and to few of them spawn. Maybe add another slightly tougher mob to those GY like a Skeletal Knight who poses a bit more of a challenge. Rock spawns may need increasing in number, in some areas there are simply to few to support the kind of player base we could be looking at. Horse spawns also to few, add a few more horse spawns around the map to take up some of that empty space.

Theivery. I know theivery is sort of anti new players but at the same time having time to test and balance it in beta is very very important. Thievery adds some drama to npc towns and getting new players to learn about the dangers at releasev is better than surprising them later down the line with a system that hasnt had any real testing.

Sieging. Sieging imo should go hand in hand with housing otherwise you will have people later down the line raging when their house is destroyed becasuse they wasnt made aware sieging would ever be a thing. Also having time to test and balance it is very important.

Noticeboards. Guild notice boards in NPC towns so new players can quickly find and learn about guilds recruiting in their starting town. Maybe some simple kill x quests found on the noticeboard as well as any future mo2 news and updates.

Grouping and friendslists. We getting these new players playing the game but what these new players now need is some way to stay in touch with those who help them and those who they vibe with. Freinds list is very important as playing with friends is best way to play an mmo. Grouping is also a good way for small random groups of new players to explore the world with their own group chat.

Horse Dismounting. Being thrown from a horse when low loyalty, low riding skill or when being hit with blunt force. Important to reduce the dominating mounted prescence currently.

Mob variety. More mob types in the typical/popular spots such as GYs and areas around towns. Add Undead knights as a tougher version of undead walkers for new players to team up and kill in gys. Add new npc types like woodcutters, merchants etc wandering the roads and forests near npc towns. Add more grey npc types other than bandits.

Area banking, similar to in UO, saying Bank in local would open your bank and allow you to use your bank within a radius of a bank. This will help when there are a 100 people trying to use the same bank.

Game is already released on Steam. At this point they might as well just go to persistence so we can just grind our skills while waiting for other content. Also Id said no to thievery on launch. Honestly if they never added it I would be happy. Really only enables a small portion of the player base to run around trying to mess with other players for fun with 0 risk except their time, which let's be honest probably isn't worth much
