This is already confirmed by Henrik (Grandmaster: skill 100), No need to request it. =)
To elaborate: Henrik discussed the topic on stream where he explained that crafting at lvl 70 will pretty much result in perfect weapon stats. After that the skill level gives graphical effects and at 100 you will be able to sign your weapon, much like a brand.
