Why the hell don't humans get free respec with the HUGE clade changes?

The new patch majorly changed the way human clades work. But in order for them to even work you need to respec and lose 10% of your clade xp.

Why the hell are players being penalized for the fact that SV cannot get it's head out of their ass and release with working clades instead of running the release like a beta?

I'd msg gm esp if you have over C12 or something haha. I've respec'd my Khurite like 3x and that stuff adds up.
