What specs do I need to run 2440p / 144 fps at max graphics

GPU is below minimum req. 2GB VRAM is not enough. also you should get a SSD, they are really affordable now.

i have gtx 760 2gb, i get 30-35fps in town filled with people and 55-60fps in wilderness and i have an hdd as well

his cpu is slightly better than mine (i7 920) so i guess it's not just a matter of 2gb of vram, but the low-efficient gpu at all
