It would be amazing if there were eventually handful of unique housing locations in the world where people generally may not build. Lets say you add another small wooden platform between Morin Khur and Toxai. Only with special unique housing permit, you could place your small house down there. Or even have houses with unique designs what would match the environment. Essentially rent out a house in a town (or Sheevra cave) for example if you have maxed out standing.
Obviously it would need to cost a ton of gold and have insane upkeep. And it should be just a status symbol, not make accessing certain resources easier by having a house in dungeon etc.
