UI Customization - How to?

New player here and possible newb question.

I see a lot of people online with custom UIs that have been moved out of the default configuration yet I can find no way to do this in the settings.

Am I missing something? How can I move my UI around the screen?

Press default button "Z" to enable cursor mode. Than just click and drag UI elements you want to move, simple as that. To change dimensions, like making you health bar bigger you can find the scale option in game options/UI
