Trippy Mushrooms

Get some trippy mushrooms or something that make you hallucinate, or give u a chance to get hallucinations, maybe place them around the jungle down south and if you take it u start seeing things, maybe like mobs trying to attack you or w/e while other players will see you attacking the air.

An addition to the suggestion: make good trips and bad trips, so it won't be the same trip every time and people will get to encounter different mobs on a bad trip, while a good trip might give good visuals, or some encounter with an NPC, or lead you towards trees/mining places with better chance to find rare items etc (or maybe lead you to some actual mob you'll have to face while having the trip, which'd be a real bad trip )

Another addition:
Make an option for multiple players to get to enjoy a certain trip, like Ayahuasca kind of recipe that you make from certain items that you'd have to find out the hidden recipe yourself and you'd get enough of the trippy food type to give to more than 1 player, so multiple players can experience a similar/different trip each upon taking it.
