Thursar Life Steal buff, anyone use it?

The tool tip on the Thursar Life Steal Clade buff doesn't give much info. How often can you use the buff and how long does it last?

Does anyone have any experience using it?

The Thursar life steal is borderline busted strong. I use it all the time. It's cracked.

Cooldown is 3 minutes, it lasts 25 seconds. 25% damage done converted to health. I use it constantly. The more hits you land the better it gets. It is also great for PVE, you can solo all non boss mobs with it.

Its much stronger in pve than it is in pvp. You effectively can come out on top in so many situations in PVE that you'd otherwise would have to run or die in.

In PVP it can situationally be strong, but mostly you'll just be parried and never get anything out of it.
