There is no Roadmap past release date so its kidna hard to say what main priority there will be for new / additional features.
All we know is that yes they want to add this. When ? No idea
It used to be on the roadmap and then they took it off but promise its coming. Didnt want to grief new players no doubt with being robbed once they leave Haven. Leaving Haven still doesnt work though so you do the math on when Thievery will be brought in.
