The problem with spiritualists cheaters/macro

Dear readers and players of Mortal Online 2. I need your help. My team and I have been dealing with players who use cheats and macros in spirit world for 3 weeks now. We have collected a huge amount of evidence of our words and accusations. These players arrive at the spot where my team and I farm Spirits and use macro and cheats to kill us. We tried to protect ourselves from them using a castle built next to this place, in which we closed the doors and forced the walls of the whole floor so that no one could take us to the floor in the living or dead world. But it didn't help, because they somehow get into our castle through the roof. We wrote reports in the game, the administration in the discord, left applications on the official website, but it did not give any results. I still haven't received a single response on the official website, although it's been MORE THAN A MONTH! Through the in-game report, we were also not provided with help, since there are only low-ranking admins like Basto, Lilith, Tagg in the game who say that they have no way to help us and they do not know the mechanics of Spirit world at all. The administration in discord only says that we have filed a complaint and special people are considering it, but more than 2 weeks have passed and these players still continue to fly to us and kill us. Names of players who are involved in the use of Macro And cheats - WanderSex, Katastrofa, Baly, Scar, Scaar, Pizduk, Billlirykami, sokolpidoras, Billynogami, Rantyleys, ratkiller, bubendos, EnotVTapkax, necrokot. You are also offered video evidence where even a blind person will see that the players are not playing fair!
Before watching the video, I will explain the mechanics of the macro in Spirit world.
The usual fight in spirit world happens as follows, the opponent presses the left mouse button and hovers over another player. A beam appears, which must be continuously directed at the enemy so that his mana decreases.The beam sucks mana not immediately but by ticks. About 10 mana should be drained for each tick. When a character has 0 mana left, he is banished and this is considered killing the spirit.
When a player uses a macro, his beam becomes invisible and where it starts from, he just blinks. The macro allows you to speed up the sucking of mana from the enemy, I attach to you a test of how the macro works and how the usual pvp looks like = -

The essence of my appeal is that these players, as well as their main accounts, should be banned!!
For the administration to start working, since MORE THAN 2 WEEKS have ALREADY PASSED and no result!

Why in god's name should he have to send it anywhere else? It's all right here. Surely they can access the forums, and his story seems to align that he's notified everyone. How has this not been acted on?

IMO pretty damn rude policy to have that when someone has done all this to then ask them to post it one more place when he's already went down multiple avenues suggested by the official discord team, one of which is notifying them. When requesting assistance, are we supposed to post it in every single damn place?

I feel like SV needs to consolidate where they receive reports because people take the time to put together posts like this, often in several places, only to be told to go put it in yet another place. Maddening. Why the run around? Please consider reworking where players are told to make reports into one specific place rather than telling them to post it to yet another different channel. The current system gives the appearance that SV is just internally passing the problem around as a means to ignore/procrastinate on action upon it. Not saying that's what's happening, but that's what it looks like.
