It works. But only on the player and not on the mount. And I got a lot of handle hits but that's my own fault.

Actually jumps proved to have a higher chance go through the block.

Clubs aren't very good overall, I think. It is easier to dismount with an axe, though it might need more strength than your char, not sure.

Got 80+ str, so shouldn't be a an issue in theory. But axes are even more heavy and slow, aren't they?

More heavy maybe, but the swing arc is better, they handle hit less. (Looks like most of your handle hits were due to your game hitching though.) They do more damage as well. I have dismounted people with a messing kall double, but I had 100+ strength.
