Not all of the footage is me. But anyways, mine are everything except Foliage on Epic. Foliage is set to low because it gives me a headache staring at it. I have a 3070 card and use the DLSS settings as well. Many MO2 videos are not uploaded to Youtube in a good codec so their quality gets butchered, you have to upload at least a 2k video to get a decent output.
