I love the taming, But finding it very frustrating that 1 - 2 Mounted archers can Kill my tames in a few shots from miles away and there is nothing I can do about it. Lost my horse and a Lvl 125 Brown bear this Morning to 2 Mounted archers, that I couldn't counter, and trying to heal my bear there damage was doing more than I could heal. --- yet even if I sent bear to attack, he cant keep up with them. I cant try run away as again they just Snipe it down and I'm forced to stand and try heal. Point is Taming is expensive to learn, all the Skills are from the lawless camp, so Lots of risks taken to become a tamer, yet Tames are so vulnerable to other players. --- will there be pet armor for bears etc, or tames that actually move faster that can Actually fight someone on Horse back. or is Tamer a Pure PvE class ?

Taming is either completely useless, For example against Mounted archers or if you need to cross a river with your group,
Or are completely OP, like 1vs1 on foot with a terrorbird.

The biggest Problem is that the leveling Progress takes sooooo much time for pets and can't swim, considering that sometimes your pet just gets insta killed by archers.

I'm a tamer mage too and I really feel the pain. The pets are way too weak as you cannot give them armor, they take full damage from everything so die quickly no matter the HP. They are the only way for mage to do something in 1v1 PvE, but they are too weak to deal with even one Risar on their own sadly most of the time (even when healed..)
