Break spells into three categories. Hybrid, Dex Mage, and Fat Mage. A hybrid spell is a spell meant to be strong on a hybrid. For instance corrupt and lesser heal are strong candidates for "hybrid spells". They become 90% effective at 50 making these spells very strong on a low int build.
Dex mage spells are spells meant to be very strong on a Dex mage. Shorter range spells like flamestrike seem strong candidate for dex mage spells. These are curved to 110 making high int but non fat builds like a non-fat sheevra better.
Finally, fatmage spells have a flat curve making them strongest on super high int builds. Beyond that all spells do get minorly stronger as int progresses meaning raising int higher is generally a good thing on any build.
Personal side suggestion. I think the game would be a lot more interesting INT were purely for offensive spells and Psyche for healing creating some level of separation between optimal healers and optimal damage dealers and making ultra-stacked psyche more useful. If done it could follow this curve.
