Steam/ MO2 account association

Will it matter if my Mortal Online account isn't linked to my steam account through email association, Still having issue with SV not contacting me about getting access to my original account, still never got a response to password reset!

i dont know that it matters.... maybe for the super sekret inheritance bonus we're supposed to get for MO1 vets... but its unclear how that would work anyway since many players had multiple accounts and in many cases the wealth is spread amongst them. unless you're hoping for whatever bonus SV cooks up for this then likely it doesnt matter if they're linked or not

Is MO2 going to be available on Epic Games or in any other shops in the future?
Linking account to Steam may work for some time but I think SV will change its approach depending on popularity of the game.

aa well SV finally got back to me so thanks guys, just contact SV support couple times if you need your old MO account i guess.
