Steam charts can only see non privated accounts. Accounts are defaulted to private. Last stress test when some one asked seb about how accurate the steam charts were he said they were far off.

So its more then 7k I think.

Many avoid launch days. Plus it is a week day.

I got in at 10:20amPT no queue. Then played another 3 hours at 6pmPT no queue. No crashes. Nothing. Was a perfect launch day for me.

pretty good launch outside of the first wait and the lag/log outs after the first hour that now seems to have stopped.
Better then most MMOs.

If SV can keep the pace with updates in the next few months these are really good numbers. Cool thing Morin Khur finally looks like a major town now.
