Speech bubbles for local chat

Might be interesting to test out having speech bubbles for local chat as it seems a decent amount of people do not have voip

Agree, it would be great. However it would cause server lag, and I would much rather see draw distances increased before adding more things to add server lag in towns.

Yes i think performance comes first across the board.
