Skill level with taken gifts

Hi, everyone!

Cant' understand why I have only 71 effective archery skill level though I have a gift for 25, Str + Dex for 10 and 45 trained in Skill?

25+10+45 = 80, not 71. How does it work?

Yep, ty. I was confused because the archery skill is lvlup, though it is no need in that.
