Skill disabled??

I logged on yesterday & Greatblades (which I started training on Feb 6) was done!!!. I clicked on horsebags book & it said unable to train disabled (not exact;y, but that is it). What???

You need the parent skills "Pet Equipment" and "Pet bag crafting" before you can read "Horse Bag Crafting". Check the skill tree.
