people are going to use it as a general chat anyways. Might as well just have two separate channels or remove it altogether. Usually turn it off but when I don't it's just awkward seeing the constant clashes between mods and players. Like big red text. Do that again and I will ban you in my message box. Like I get it it's fine. But it just kind of takes you out of the experience
should either remove help chat or add a general chat

My personal suggestion for help chat on your character, either:
- Remove it when you leave Haven
- Remove it when you reach 5 Clade levels (can be adjusted to suit whatever Clade level)
From what I understand there will never be a global chat as they want a organic experience in-game traveling town to town and communicating with people in game that way (like old school MMOs), and unfortunately yes people are going to just use help chat as a global chat while it's always there for them.
