Again... you do realize that you can be flexible and have muscle mass... Also, big muscles does not equate to stronger. As any gymnast or athlete can tell you, sometimes strength is not seen in bulk.
Right, but any increase in muscle size will always decrease range of movement, even if it is a small amount, simply due to there being more mass.

And as proven not all strength is equal to more muscle mass. You can be VERY strong and not have a lot of muscle mass.

Here is a REAL longbow used by a man who I would consider pretty typical of what a longbowman would look like.

Those are just feats of strength, that isn't dexterity. More muscle mass means lower range of movement, and so less dexterity.

If you're looking into different fitness programs or subscriptions and want to stay in control of your commitments, it's always smart to understand the cancellation terms beforehand. For example, this guide clearly explains the steps and policies around ending a plan: https://support.madmuscles.com/hc/en-gb/articles/7075931986706-How-can-I-cancel-the-subscription — it walks through the process so you know exactly what to expect and can manage your subscription without confusion.
That’s an interesting point. I think strength and dexterity can overlap sometimes, but they’re definitely not the same thing. It probably depends a lot on how the person trains and maintains mobility.
