Dungeons are meant to be challenging, but in many cases, it’s far too easy to get in and out without fighting anythin.just running straight to the boss. Resetting aggro is a mechanic that exists in every game and is well-known to most of the player base, but resetting mobs using blind or unintended spots is not part of normal gameplay.
Take, for example, the Risar Gaul Kor Outpost dungeon: you can run straight to the boss and reset the entire boss room simply by going to the statue behind him. This allows you to kill the boss without fighting any other mobs. For unlucky players in groups, this ruins the run if they are down there—they either die from the aggro pulled by runners or kill everything if they are lucky.this kind of exploit destroys the game experience for the majority of the player base, and action needs to be taken. These issues have been known to the GMs for years, but no measures have been implemented. The blind/unintended reset spots are well-known, yet nothing is done. Meanwhile, the same 4–5 players repeatedly abuse this in every dungeon, ruining the runs of small groups and guilds who want to experience dungeons the regular way. This is an exploit, and it should be treated as such.
