I have 2 rings that increase my intelligence to a round tenth. This gives me +1 skill point to all my intelligence based skills.
But whenever I logg in, all those skills are at 99 instead of 100. I have to manually unlock and lock them again each time I logg in to reset the skills back to 100.
Oddly enough, meditation is the only skill that is not effected by this bug.
Please fix.
