Question about Priests and Equerry contracts !

Hey guys... I cant find this information anywhere, so, my question is :
Can we place a Priest or an Equerry inside a player small house ? Or does it only work inside a Keep ?

EQs can be placed in anyhouse. Priest are only for strongholds
