QA teams are for when you are releasing a fully developed product or for when you have the expectation of one.

The game is in beta(more like alpha if you follow the actual definition of the words), we basically ARE the QA.

As a QA I can tell you that is baloney. QA doctrine will actually tell you QA needs to take place as soon as possible on as many levels as possible.

So you are claiming they don't have an internal QA team? My teams are smaller than SV's team and they still have QA.
