I have got 2 big things i wanna talk about.
First, the priest situation in Myrland is underwhelming. We have the same or even less priests in MO2 compared to MO1, even though the world is 6x the size. Sure, eventually you may be able to make one yourself, but when is that gonna be? Its not fun to die in the wilderness and not being able to retrieve stuff at all.
Then leads to my second issue currently: The lootbag despawn timer. With a world being this big and the priest situation, its almost impossible to retrieve your loot if you didnt die near a priest.
