Polearms in haven?

Can you make them, and how. I have everything but the heads in my crafting menu. Not sure if i can access the book to be able to craft them, there is this 10gold "greatblade" book, but it doesn't seam to be "poleaxe head". And yeas i talk about poleaxe exclusively i can do poleswords fine. I

The book for crafting Poleaxe heads cannot be found on Haven, and is located at the Fabernum or Meduli watchtowers on Myrland from the Armicustos Librarian. There's a book location/price reference over here that you may find handy.
