If he bought it properly already they can check and see why it is delayed, and sometimes push it through depending. They helped me before with a reroll which is just a donation, too.

happened to me as well. I had to have Discord fix it for me. And while i got the key given in PM on discord server, i still don't have any key showing on Mortal online website
