Forced war decs when? Give us smaller guilds some way to fight the bigger guilds. It would push more of us to not be red players to. Like most of us cant go into town right now but if forced war decs were a thing then we would get rep to go fight in towns. Of course have plenty of limits and cost.

This. Just balance it by having an initial gold cost + upkeep cost so ito reduce trolling, maybe combined with a limit of wars that can be declared. Furthermore, no limit on the amounts of wardecs a guild can receive because otherwise they would just fill that up with 1 man sub-guilds to be immune.
E: There should be a brief waiting period (at least 1 hour) before a forced wardec goes into effect in my opinion to prevent insta-raids on unsuspecting people in town.
