Put pikes outside player structures (by default or make them purchasable furniture for outside) that players can interact with and put drop heads from their inventory into that will then appear on the pike. Consider putting several outside keeps by default. Maybe a few outside SH. One outside houses if desired. Let us put the heads of our enemies on display!
