l dont know if its a bug or theres just someting i missing.
my pet got stuck at lvl 44/125 at 9999/10000,
my loyalty is 1000/1000 and its set to lvl up.
its feed and my creature points are at 64/64.
regarding my skill im at 78 taming and 80 creature control .
if any of you have deal with this, and know how to fix it ill really apreciate it.

the answer is clear in your data. you have reached your current maximum pet points. increase your Creature Control and after maxing it think about taking Advanced Creature Control to further increase your pet points.

im confused the creature control is ment for giving orders to your pets, commands and range of you agro with the pet, The Creature points are the ones ment for lets called it, pet space,

If you go over your creature points the pet will pretty quickly lose loyalty until it abandons you.

Animal Care = Doubles the rate pets level (No in-combat benefits. Should be dropped on optimized combat builds)
Beast Influence = Control range of of pets (Not yet implemented)
Beast Mastery = Giving pets complex commands (Not yet implemented)
Creature Control / Adv. CC = Gives more pet points to control more pets and/or more powerful pets
Domination = Like taming but gives access to some exclusive pets that are quite powerful, and does not produce tradeable pets.
Herding = Reduces the penalty for controlling multiple pets from 20 per extra pet to 10.
Taming = The ability to tame tradeable pets (No in-combat benefits. Should be dropped on optimized combat builds)
Zoology = Reduces the points needed to control a pet of the relevant Zoology
