Ah they actually have light in Tindrem Dungeons now, so torches are not actually entirely needed anymore. Tbh i got so good at griefing players in those sewers that i actually memorized my way down without a torch.I know for sure it was changed, I took a trip down to the Tindrem dungeon and made it out alive, with a torch and sword. The torch never swung.
