Mobs teleporting/invisible

Many animals ive found move super fast like teleport fast. Sometime they are unseen. Sometime they attack like woodpecker but are bears. So fast.
Are these desync or weird ai?

I get this as well, one time a bandit hit me from 100 yards away. Pretty sure it wasn't due to lag, and it wasn't them shooting arrows at me since they don't have ranged attacks at the time.

Some of both, I think. I am hoping that once the stress testing is over and they get the server cooking along good that ai will be better. Then we will know more what they are really like.
