Yeah, the updates can take much longer than they are downloading. It's usually fine for me after 10-15 min.

Some people talk about their updates taking much longer, hours/days. Not sure if they figured out anything to make it go faster, I never heard. Might try asking on discord.

Try a couple of time to reinstall throug steam function but give me the same problem. I would like to know if It Is a Steam or Star Vault problem so I can send an official ticket. Thank you

Given that the installation is handled by Steam, I would guess the problem is with them (I could be wrong). I haven't had any such issues other than having to wait for a while after the update has been downloaded.

Now I can play. I simply downloaded windows 10 updates and restarted. Maybe could be useful for others with same problem.
