Mining with Daggers and Torches looks wired and should not be possible

Agreed, the tool should have an impact on yield. It is not only immersion breaking - it also means there is zero reason to craft your own pickaxes or wood chopping axes. The only thing you get is durability which no one cares about on a piece of equipment worth 5 silver.

I think it should be possible, but the yield should be very low.

I would also like to see higher yields when using proper gathering tools meant for that purpose, as well as higher yields depending on the stats of the tool so a oghmium pickaxe would have a much higher mining yield than one made of wood.
