Melee Tamer possible ?

I always played pet builds and i am curious if i could do it here also .
The idea behind is to wear plate + axe or Warhammer and have a pet that i could send to kill mounted archers or kiters.
I don't like range combat and i understood that at release there will be other mounts than horses so i can maybe ride my pets ?!

It's possible. Obviously not the meta though. But it's a game that's meant to be fun so do what makes you happy even if it's not that best build

Until they boosted the speed of Terror Birds! But yes MA vs Tamers suck.

I like my Humans because of the versatility of attributes and stats. Actually used this as a template for my Tamer/MA build.

maybe help give you some ideas.
