im not even sure if you can play PTR's without needing to sub or not but i think it would actually be a great thing to add to the game.. more ppl would actually go and play it and test it and be able to see where the game currently is and if changes in the right direction are actually being made. reading the latest PTR/patch notes actually made me want to try it out again but im certainly not paying sub to do it, why should i? when months and months past with no real balance changes were made, all while we all paid sub just for the game to dwindle down to ridiculously low numbers..
I think making PTR free to play could bring in way more players than it usually would, which means you get more feedback vs a small number of ppl just giving theres.
