Maintaining Weight

I have seen videos about how you can intentionally gain or lose weight in the game. But I'm just trying to figure out how to maintain my weight? What do I need to do to make sure my character doesn't gain or lose weight?

stay below your max HP and STAM reserves when you are eating to avoid gaining weight
don't let your reserves go too low too (grey hp/stam bars) often to avoid losing weight
