Magery Casting while annarmed.

I feel you should be able to be using the unarmed attack and block as a mage and be able to cast at the same time. it seems rediculous to cast a spell then , pull out your fists? like they werent already out?

AFAIK you can cast in combat mode if you don't have anything in your hands. I did it the other day.

when you have nothing in your hands it is an instant change to cast. Not exactly a real delay.

This is actually why I don't use a shield on my back as a mage, and opt to keep my fists out for that maximum movement speed. There is no delay on casting if you have your empty fists out. Unless I'm out alone. Then I bring a dagger and shield so that I can defend myself.
