Seems most the guilds on here limit there play with silly rules like...
Dont kill anyone in this circle around our noob city.
Dont kill un clanned blues.
Check the NAP before you engage...
Meanwhile complaining in their forums it happened to them again...
Anyway looking for a guild that I can go set up a road side ambush for books and don't need to give a shit who they are as long as they are not true allies.
Can I get some links please. Too many care bare guilds saturating the recruitment

Rat alliance is like that. If its blue its dead. Like KoS list are weird and been playing this way for so long with people that dont have any KoS I forget they are a thing.

True but it's the Rat ALLIANCE. Even though he said it's fine if they are true allies but it does cut down on who you can engage.

CTX falls under this category. But we're not recruiting.

Team Rocket does as well, but I think they have strict recruiting.

Raged is recruiting I believe.

Miscreants probably is too.

I don't really know many guilds that full under all of those parameters.
