10 seconds log out is too short in towns, especially in lawless towns. Could make this timer exclusive to Inns and maybe the hearth.

Need to get rid of 10 sec timers in unlawfull towns immediatly. Its combat logging but easier. Towns are still combat areas and even theives can abuse the log out times.
Only Inns and your house should have 10s log outs.
