Locked skills?

I am color blind and have trouble seeing things so it could just be me.

But I can not tell at all when a skill is locked or not in the current UI.

I have read books and the parent skill goes up but not the skill itself. So I am assuming that the skill was set to lock.

But I cant tell the difference when I look at it.

Is there something I am missing?

we have no clue yet about if a skill is locked or set to + or -, so don't worry! it's not your fault we'll probably have a better UI for that, i hope

Funny thing. I bought book again and before I read it the skills where raised. lol..

Must have some delay or something before it registers.

i'm sure it's working cause i tried with sprinting, "locked" it at 99 and never went up after a lot of sprinting around
