Just installed stuck on login

Installed game and cant do anything because im stuck on "logging in" I havent even been able to create a character. I tried different servers, restarting game and pc, and validating game files but nothing works. 70 minutes of logging in what do I need to do to be able to play?

some people can't login right now I can't either it should be fixed soon they no of the issue.

Well this was officially solved, I uninstalled it and moved the location to another drive and now I can play the game. In case anybody who ever reads this is wondering the game would launch normally however in the menu the info banner would not load and the game wouldn't connect to servers. Despite no issues detected by steams integrity scanner it seams sometimes you just need to reinstall.

wife and I share a computer. she has her account and just bought MO2, and when she tries to login she is stuck at "logging in" popup
