I have bug with skill

Can't level down the armor training to zero.When i press remove skill it just down to zero and it doesn't give me the attribute bonus from dexterety

Combat manouvering has to be 50 to allow usage of armor training. This skill is disabled because of a too low parent skill.

Боевое маневрирование должно быть 50, чтобы можно было использовать обучение доспехам. Этот навык отключен из-за слишком низкого родительского навыка.
