To my knowledge, the only blast furnace is in Gaul'kor, and the attractor can only be found in Tindrem, Morin Khur and Gaul'kor.
There do not appear to be guild versions of these appliances.

There are various ways, the most straight forward is to take it to the crusher and extract but if you have access to an attractor and calx powder you will get more.

If you want to make the “end game” materials, like Cronite and Oghmium, you have to go to Gaul’kor. This is by design, as that lawless northern city is supposed to be the most contested and dangerous place on the map. Thats why Tephra is also there.
You can build your own attractor in one of the TC buildings, I forgot which one it is but Im very sure one has attractor as an option on tier 3 and bast furnace is unique and only found in Gaul Kor so you cant build that one for yourself.
