Human clade Tactican

hey, would be nice if we can toogle the human clade "Tactican" on and off, for pvp sparring with guilds you would turn it off- and for real playing -> on.
Right now its not a big issue because you can just reset your cladegifts for free without any loses but for persistance it would be nice.
